U.S. Veteran making pottery in Western Massachusetts. I started out in this small shed in my back yard
My current studio is in Palmer Ma where I teach up and coming potters, do production work and hold events. I also teach classes , do parties and corporate events @ the Brush it off Studios In Sturbridge Ma.

Want to learn how the throw on the potters wheel or just need a place to hone your skills , our pottery studio has classes or a membership option to suit your needs even if we have to create a new option for you.
We teach classes in our Palmer Ma pottery studio At The School House Commons, which is where our production studio is housed too, this give our clients the advantage actually seeing how a production studio is run along with having the ability to learn things like glaze making, glazing techniques , and many other facets of ceramics other studios wont teach such as slip casting .
Summer Pottery Class Schedule
Session One 8 week classes starting June 4th
Unleash your creativity and embark on a journey of self-expression with our eight-week pottery classes. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, our classes cater to all skill levels. Join us and let your hands create wonders on the pottery wheel!
IF There are open wheels in the studio you can join the group your session just ends on a different week .
Each students comes in the studio with different expectations / goals we work with each student individually to meet their goals. I have found it is better to have a mix of students at different levels New people like seeing other students work and how they have progressed in the class.
8 Week Beginner to Intermediate Classes
Monday 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM
Monday Afternoons 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Evenings 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Class meets June 3,10,17 24, July 8th, 15, 22, 29
There are only 6 sets per class and they fill up fast

Cannot commit to a 8 week Class or not sure if a full session is right for you our 4 week session could be the answer for you.
Our Classes Meet On Mondays and Tuesdays in August
Noon 3PM and 6PM Each Day
