This pottery class suits beginners and those who have taken classes some may still may need assistance centering and pulling. More advanced students may just fine tuning or looking to get back into pottery

Classes meet each  Wednesday at 12 PM to 2PM and  6 to 8 pm for eight six or four week sessions

Our Classes are not  your average Cookie Cutters Pottery Classes. I only accept up to 6 students in a class.

I structure the class to each students goals and needs, what you want to get out of a class maybe different than the person next to you , there is no need to be on the same track as them.

Students get 25 pounds of clay , and use of all the facilities tools. 

Beginners will learn how the cent clay and throw basic objects such as cylinders and and bowls and will advance at their own pace

Weeks 1-7 we will be building, 

Week 8 you will glaze your pieces. I will teach you how to Brush on glazes , Dip or pour and  layer glazes to create effects like you see on Hebee pottery pieces

Each week you are welcome to enjoy up to 4 additional hours of Open Studio time

You can purchase additional clay if needed firing cost will be included in the cost of the clay.
